Thanks, Jon for directing me here. I will drop what little knowledge I do know about science. Everyone has been talking about how this is a big plot hole and that it doesn't make sense. I have three words for you: The Philadelphia Experiment.

It might be a stretch, but I couldn't help notice similarities after rewatching the show again.

Glad you brought that up. I had forgotten about all of that, and since I haven't seen the finale since it first aired, I'm a little Rusty. I was a little curious about exactly what was going on, but I trust them to fill in the gaps later.

I'm more intrigued by Olivia's actual reappearance in front of all of those people. The car is still, empty. Nothing. Then she just comes flying out! That was freaking crazy. I'm wondering about the mechanics of this. Where did her momentum come from? Was she driving in a car on the other side and then flashed in still carrying that momentum? Who knows?

I really liked seeing Peter step up and take charge. His "no more reacting" speech to Broyles at the end gave me chills. I don't know how you can be proactive in a situation like that. Don't you have to kind of wait for crazy stuff to happen before you know it exists and therefore must do something about it? I don't know, but I like seeing a motivated Peter. I was skeptical about Josh Jackson when the show first started last year, but he's won me over, and last night he sealed the deal.

Did you catch the X-files shout outs? When the shape shifter is taking the identity of the bald man early on, the camera pans past a television and there's Fox Mulder, staring up at the sky into bright flashing lights. Later, when Broyles is hauled before Congress or whoever that was, one of the government fellows says something along the lines of being tired of wasting money on the "Fringe division and the so-called X designations." I think he meant the X-files, or files designated "X."

Pretty cool, eh?
