Watch the First Two Minutes of “August”
Thursday’s episode of Fringe, entitled “August,” has been the most-hyped episode of the second season since its premiere. Well, now FOX has made it so that you can get a little closer to seeing the episode — they’ve posted the first two and a half minutes of it online.
And boy, is it a good one. It shows an Observer (note that it isn’t our usual September) watching a girl before kidnapping her. In his eagerness to abduct her, he leaves his notebook at the scene (money says that Astrid will try to decode it — she is the code expert, remember?). It’s a very good opening, and it opens up all kinds of questions that we didn’t know we had, like the fact that the Observers can start the ignition of cars with their thumbs. The video is posted below — enjoy!
